Purpose and Mission
The purpose of PCRAM is to represent and provide a collective voice in support of interest of the individual cigar and pipe tobacco retailers in the State of Maryland before the general public, the business community, and such governmental agencies as may be involved in regulating, promoting or developing such businesses interest. To work to educate the public and legislators as to the effects of proposed regulations and legislation to small tobacconists’ retailers. To protect the rights of premium cigar tobacconists and premium cigar consumers in the State of Maryland.
